Hemodynamic changes after repairing the congenital valvular heart disease

This paper studies hemodynamic changes after repairing congenital valvular heart disease. Two categories of Tetralogy Fallot (TOF) and (ASD Primum) were collected from the Nasiriyah Heart Center between January 2015 February 2022, with findings for 50 patients (28 TOF & 22 ASD Primum). The results showed that spo2 value before Surgery was low compared to its Surgery, which due existence stenosis (obstruction) in pulmonary artery; thus, operations undertaken open return percentage normal. Because patient tetralogy has artery, compensatory found increases right ventricular diastolic pressure, because PG operation is more significant than operation.
